The Software is licensed, not sold. KIKOMEDY GmbH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to any applicable app-store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law. The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. This license and your use of the Software are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.
